When a constraint no longer serves you ~ and you take a moment to recognize that and then free yourself of it … how about that awesomeness that follows?

 

It’s as if you’re untying a piece of string wrapped around the closed petals of a flower. Removing that one constraint allows for the full, spectacular expression of the flower, the petals free to fall open, be seen, and release their fragrance.

 

And now you know how to recognize when it’s time to release a constraint: it’s preceded by a feeling of being held back and too limited. It’s simply time for greater freedom.
