I’ve watched you take something with a narrative you didn’t enjoy and ~ interrupt your experience of it to decide brand-new things about it, shaping those beliefs one by one … until you’ve created an entirely new story with a much higher vibration ~ and the narrative actually adds to and enhances your joy now rather than draining it.

I’ve seen you take something you didn’t enjoy but that was necessary and tweak this, that, and one more thing you had say over, then add a healthy dose of you-ness to it … and voilà ~ you transformed the entire experience … and dramatically changed the outcome.
